On Wednesday:
- Horses may arrive beginning at 12:00 noon on Wednesday during the first week. Please, early arrivals with prior authorization only.
- Open schooling in The Showplex is available starting at 12:00 noon on Wednesday.
- Hunter Over Fences warm-up is set up in The Showplex later on Wednesday and available overnight.
On Thursday or Friday:
- Check the show schedule for start times each morning.
Throughout the Show:
- There is a second fully-enclosed arena attached to The Showplex for 24/7 schooling.
- An enclosed, covered pen is available for lunging. There are outdoor pens for additional schooling.
Early Arrivals:
- Horses may arrive beginning at 12:00 noon on Wednesday during the first week. Please, early arrivals with prior authorization only.
- Early arrivals before Wednesday at 12:00 noon are welcome at $35 additional per horse and/or RV hookup.
Layovers:
- Layovers through the second week are welcome at $40 per night for campers only. Horses will not be charged layover fees if they are showing at both weekends.
